Chimmichurri

This is the signature sauce of Argentina, and used primarily for grilled or roasted meats. However, once you've tried it, you will find yourself adding this spice blend to many other foods! For a Sauce: Mix 2 TBL Seasoning with 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil and juice of 1 lemon. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before using.

Ingredients: *parsley, smoked paprika, black pepper, sea salt, *garlic, *basil, *oregano, *thyme, *lemon peel.

HELPFUL HINT: The high quality spices that I use to make these blends are extremely flavorful. My recommendation is that you start with a little less than what you think will be needed. It's very easy to add more, however not so easy to get rid of an overpowering flavor if you have over-seasoned!
