Bacon Sauce
6 slices bacon, cut fine
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 cup flour
2-1/2 cups milk
Salt & Pepper
Fry bacon crisp. Remove from pan. Sautee onion until soft and then add bacon back to pan. Add flour, stirring to blend well. Add milk and seasonings and cook until thick, stirring constantly. makes 2-1/2 cups.
