Creamy Mushroom Sauce
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms (any type) sliced
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon each: Salt and Paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Cook mushrooms and onion in butter until tender, blend in flour, then add milk and seasonings. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add parsley. makes 1-3/4 cups.
