Spiced Maple Raisin Oatmeal
3 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Pure Maple Syrup
In a medium saucepan bring 3 cups water to boiling. Slowly add oats, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg to boiling water, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand about 3-5 minutes. Serve with Maple Syrup
